This Month's NerdRoast: Honduras Del Campo

Hi friends, First, a quick apology. This note is late this month. Things have been very busy, and I appreciate your patience. Thanks for being part of this small community of coffee lovers. A Note About Our Community Two of our subscribers have recently lost their jobs. They have paused their subscriptions while they search for new work. NerdRoaster is a small group, and I would like to invite you to help. If anyone wants to cover half of their subscription for a time, I will reduce the fee for them by half. That means your support would be $15, shipping included, to make sure they keep getting good coffee while they transition. Just reply to this email if you are interested. This Month’s Coffee: Honduras Del Campo This month we roasted Honduras Del Campo. These beans come from the Copán region of western Honduras, where high elevations and cool nights create excellent growing conditions. Farmers there have been perfecting coffee for generations, focusing on quality and consistency. You all know that Honduras is one of my favorite origins, so this one is a natural for me. The beans have been washed (of course) carefully drying to preserve sweetness and clarity. The result is a clean, well-structured cup. You’ve probably tasted milk chocolate and almond at the base, with a gentle citrus brightness on top. The finish is smooth and balanced. It is the kind of coffee you can drink every day, but it still rewards attention with subtle layers. I hope you enjoy brewing it as much as I do. Thank you again for being here. I am grateful for this community, and I am happy to share this month’s coffee with you. Warmly,Tony
